[pchelpers] Lost wifes computer

I might have lost my wife's computer tonight.
She was complaining how slow it was. So I checked it out
and it took 2-3 min to open or close anything. She still
had 230mb of free memory so that wasn't it. So I started
to close programs. When I closed Winmx it went back to normal.
I then ran Ad-ware, and Reg cleaner and cleaned out her start
menu of a bunch of junk. I then restarted WinMx and the computer
locked down.

Now I hit the reset button and of course no internet. After resetting
2-3 times I checked the network and it wasn't there. The nic card
wasn't working. So I uninstalled the card and rebooted.
It re-installed the nic and now the internet and the network was back. 
So I restarted WinMx and the computer lock down again.

I hit reset and nothing happened. The computer beep and the green
light kept flashing on the monitor.
I stripped the computer down to the Motherboard, Ram, Videocard,
and cpu only and it still won't post. Tomorrow I will replace
the Ram. videocard and cpu and see what happens. Might even check the PS.
The MB, ram, cpu are only 6 months  or less old.
Its late and I'm going to bed.
