People have much less problems with FF than IE. The many emails you've
seen about Firefox are mostly about getting to know the program and
using it. There are so many cool extensions and different possibilities
in the settings that this creates discussions and interest. All real
problems that people have had with browsers here on Pchelpers have been
due to IE, as far as i recall, but maybe i'm a bit biased :-)

Firefox has nothing to do with your ISP or your Internet connection. It
will use the same Internet connection and settings as IE. Just download
it and try it. It will install in less than 3 minutes and automatically
import all your settings and your favorites (and call them bookmarks). I
would not use IE without SP2; it's dangerous enough with it!

Try it, you'll like it! www.mozilla.org
And if you should be one of the few percent who don't drop IE after
trying FF, it doesn't hurt to install FF. You can leave IE as your
default browser.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
