[pchelpers] List subscriptions

I just had to remove 2 list members from pchelpers. Sadly they let their 
email accounts lapse and did not inform me when their situation changed. 
Their addresses became invalid due to neglect.

Can I suggest everyone please check on your membership? If the address 
you are listed with is old or seldom used, could you please update it so 
we can stay in touch? Thanks in advance for your attention to this. Your 
membership is highly valued here.
