[pchelpers] Re: Keyboard Problem

The system types error messages and substitutes "n" for "m". When I type
in dos mode or at a dos prompt I get "n" instead of "m". Obviously
typing in windows email, documents, etc., works okay. It only happens
when something is being typed in dos. This smacks of the kind of tricks
folks who are adept at dos play on folks like me who are not. It used to
be a lot more common. Long ago I read about a function that let you
change one key for another but I don't remember any more than this about
it. It was supposed to be a temporary work around having a key on your
keyboard stop working. You could substitute a key you don't use very
often for the stuck letter on the keyboard. Dos anyone remember the dos
based program for doing this?
