[pchelpers] Keep it simple please

Ok guys this is what happened today. I answered a e-mail that came through a 
news groups. I got back a fatal mail thing could not deliver with a file that 
says ATT00236.dat and re: (worldparadise) fudge as attachments. I had sent a 
answer to the friend that posted it to the news group and it came back like 
this and I didn't send it as an attachment. I went in yesterday and down loaded 
a update for my virus checker AVG. and successfully mind you dragged the new 
fie into the directory and scanned. Then I went to the trend thing and did 
house calls. I know you must be sick of hearing this but I really would like to 
understand why this happens.

Another thing and please don't  lol. I have my AVG. set to scan all in coming 
mail as well as out I want to know three things. Ist should I check where its 
has use outlook express 5_plug in? And there is a place that says heuristics is 
that the extra security Scott was talking about? If it is why won't it stay 
checked? The last question I can't figure out how to scan a e-mail. Since I 
thought avg was all reading doing it I have never learned how to do it myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Remember keep it simple please.
