[pchelpers] KB958644

I checked Windows Update and it said it was up to date.
I went to the Microsoft download site and downloaded the update to avoid 
getting a Conficker infection.
I went to the page for Vista.  KB958644 is the patch.

I actually downloaded both of those because the first one said, "this 
does not apply to your system" - when I tried to install or run it.
So I clicked on the second one and downloaded it and it too gave me the 
same message - "this does not apply to your system".
So, I don't see this update in my list of ones from October on, and I 
don't seem to be able to download it.
What now?
