If none of those work, you may just have to retrain the junk mail filter 
by deleting the old filter data (tools, junk mail controls, adaptive 
filter, reset training data) and then marking as not junk a few hundred 
messages in your inbox that you are 100% sure are ham and not spam by 
choosing them (Shift + arrow key), rightclicking, and then "mark as not 
junk".

Please let me know if the suggestions in the knowledge base don't work 
so that i know how to edit that and have a good reason to add my new 
suggestion.
