[pchelpers] Junk mail controls /Thunderbird

Lately in Thunderbird when I get spam junk mail, some of it it puts in 
the junk folder and I don't have to see it or deal with it.  I like that. 
But for some reason, it's started to only do that for like half the spam.
The other half it keeps in the inbox with a junk symbol beside the 
email.  So I have to click delete on those or drag them to the junk 
folder manually. 

Wonder why it's not being consistant in the dealing of the spam / junk?
