I have no idea what site you went to or what page you looked at, but
when I went to www.openoffice.org, the only version mentioned was
2.0.3, in a big green box right at the top of the page. On the next
page, you get another green box, and clicking on that makes the box
bigger, and you can select Windows. It doesn't mention Windows 98 or
ME, but that's because relatively few people use them anymore; the
system requirements link over on the right has the complete list of
version of Windows supported, which includes both 98 and ME.
