Of course they still have 2.0, but why would you want that? All old 
versions are still available, but they hide them a bit so only geeks who 
need them find them and nobody runs into them accidentally. Version 
2.0.3 is the current normal version and it's the only thing offered on 
the main page http://www.openoffice.org/ with a big green button. Don't 
make life difficult for yourself and others.

Just uninstall all old versions and then install only the newest one, 
2.0.3.

Remember to uninstall the correct way using the control panel's Add or 
Remove Programs icon, not the delete button in Windows Explorer!!
