Hi Scott,

I do have Norton and AVG running all the time. Besides that I have Zone
Alarm Pro. I believe my computer is well protected. My email is checked
coming and going and I do not only have mailwasher, but I paid for Fire
Trust Benign.

I should have known enough not to delete this file, but I did. So where =
do I
go from here.=20

I saw two computers where the user deleted the file, and they suddenly
started having all kinds of strange problems. The antivirus sites agree =

This is a definite case of "you get what you pay for". There's little =
point
in paying for antivirus software if you're not going to believe it.

I occasionally see programs that tell you to disable antivirus software
before installing. DON'T. If it doesn't install properly with the =
antivirus
software running, then there's a problem somewhere. At work, EVERYTHING =
we
install is installed with the antivirus software running. I do the same =
at
home. If you run into a problem, and can't get it resolved, get in touch
with the antivirus company to see what they say.
