Good morning all you computer experts,

The note below was in my inbox this morning and before I do anything I =
would
like to ask you whether this is for real. I found two of the teddy bear =
exe
files on my hard drives. Should I delete them?

Heard it all before.

This is for real.  I did exactly what said below and found it.  So =
please do
it for your own sake.  Whether or not an email has been sent to you
recently, you could have it on your computer. - K

Hi: Just received this below and it's for real.  It is sent from your=20
computer to everyone in your mail list.  I found one file with it but=20
our friend who warned me found 20 files!  Follow the instructions=20
exact or you could accidentally open it.

I followed this advise and found it on my computer

 Here are the instructions sent to me that I followed and worked.

Everyone, I am so sorry, but I was infected by the Bugbear virus which

is not picked up by Anti-virus systems. It sends itself to

everyone in your address book and because I've been infected it's very

likely that you will have been too. We did find this virus in our

computer and removed it following these simple instructions. The virus

(called jdbgmgr.exe) is not detected by Norton or McAfee

Anti-virus systems. The virus sits quietly for 14 days before damaging

the system. It is sent automatically by messenger and by the

address book, whether or not you send e-mails to everyone.
