BlankBelow is a copy and paste from "????ebay?????" that was sent
to an email address that I seldom use, but it gets a lot of spam.
I purchased off the ebay site one time about four years ago, and
that was with my real email address.

It appears to me to be scam to entice me to click on the button to see =
why
I might owe $15.00.  I just ignored it, but I did test it to see if it =
links in this=20
email. It did not.
