[pchelpers] Internet control

I've a question regarding "Norton Internet Security Family Edition". I have 
this installed on my computer, but everytime I connect to the internet about 5 
minutes are taken up by this programme loading in the "Internet Security Parent 
Control List" - Is there anyway that I can schedule this for once a week or 
month etc??  It's pretty anoying this happening evertime.
