Hi Scott,
This offer may be a version of Smart Streams http://www.smartstreams.com/
which is free. Smart Streams too has about 170 channels and much of the same
sort of thing. When the promotion mentioned CSpan I checked Smart Streams and
it had all three CSpan channels there. The problem with Smart Streams is there
are many non English channels and many are just news excerpts. See for
