Hi, all!
I have received Win2k as a gift & am moving on up from Win98.
I would appreciate all comments on installing & using Win2k.
I am wondering if the "Log On As Administrator" part can be by-passed. =
This is a personal puter.
I have been a major tweeker of Win98 to make it as lean & mean & stable =
as possible. Any suggestions on doing the same or need to do the same =
for Win2k?
What's the best way to move my stuff over from Win98? I have ghosted it =
onto another drive.
I am looking forward to not having to restart several times a day to =
regain lost resources.
I expect to be using Win2k for a very long time because I WILL NOT go to =
XP :P
A guys got to be true to himself, huh, Nigel? =20
Thanks much,
Ed West
PS: It's March 30 & it's snowing in central Virginia, USA. Meeting =
cancelled!

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
