Along with Incredimail, you will find hotbar is installed on your computer.
Hotbar has created problems for people by changing some settings so they are no
longer to do some of the things they had enjoyed. Please read the following
explanation regarding this which is found at this link:
http://thundercloud.net/faq/index.htm#20 Perhaps some improvements have been
made, however, this information has not been rescinded so I assume the same
problems continue.
Cloudeight Stationery: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
IMPORTANT NOTICE! Have you been tricked into downloading the spyware program
called HOTBAR? If you have, it will disable your ability to send pictures
and/or stationery with your email. Click here for details and information on
how to restore your system! It is NOT a Microsoft upgrade! It is spyware!
Remember, Cloudeight stationery is for users of Outlook/Outlook Express using
Win 95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP Only!
Question #20: I installed Hotbar and now I can't send stationery or pictures
with my email. What happened?
We have had many reports from people who have installed Hotbar and they say
they can no longer use email stationery, they have reports of Red X's in place
of pictures, or they cannot send pictures. To fix this, there are a couple of
things you must do.
STEP I: First, uninstall Hotbar Click here on how to remove Hotbar
STEP II: Once you have uninstalled Hotbar, you will need to recheck "Send with
Pictures" box in Outlook Express so that you can once again send pictures and
stationery, as follows:
Open your Outlook Express, Go to Tools, then Options. Now click:
a.. Send Tab, then
b.. Mail Sending Format: HTML Setting, then
c.. .... make sure the "Send with Pictures" box is checked
You must have Hotbar removed or it will keep undoing your ability to send
pictures! So, be sure you have removed it!
Hotbar is known Spyware recognized by all major spyware detectors and websites.
We highly recommend against it. It is NOT an Update by Microsoft. They word it
to make it look that way; we hope Microsoft will intervene on this matter as
those that install the Hotbar lose all ability to send email stationery,
including the stationery by Microsoft.
If you cannot see pictures on your computer at all, you may need to
reassociate your jpgs (pictures): Go to http://www.irfanview.com/ and
download/install this image viewing program. Using the settings with this
program, have it be the default handler for jpgs and gifs.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
