[pchelpers] Identification of spammer by email address

Hi All,
   
  Is it possible to get the IP number for an email address?  What happened the 
parent organization of the tall clubs has mailing lists for its members use.  
But spammer sent close to twenty email advertising watches to all the mailing 
lists.  So some dopey members wrote to their ISP about this and the ISP are 
threatening to close the parent organization mail servers.
   
  I like to help the administrator if I can.  If I get the IP number from the 
email can I locate the person who sent it?  If we can bring the spammer to 
justice it would help a lot of other people.
