You need to provide more information like:
What operating system are you using?
What is the make and model of your drive?
What kind of drive is it?
Did it come with drivers and did you install them or did your operating
system set it up?

        Can anyone tell me how I might retrieve my (F) drive ?  I don't use
it very often, and until recently the listing appeared on My Computer, along
with (C_D_&_E).  But all of a sudden it's not on the listing, and if I
insert a
disk in the drive, and want to load a msg reads that (F) is a drive that is
unavailable.

        Any suggestions ??
