Looks like this Browser Hijack Blaster is no longer available or its download 
site is down. I would go for HijackThis instead and there are many forums 
devoted to helping users of this software. 
 
 
I'm sorry I thought your inability to get into the download site was because of 
your DAP. Since DAP is a known spyware, it's good to get rid of it anyway. 
There are others you can find on the Internet that are safe to use. 
 
Alternatively you can tweak your registry by changing the MTU and RWIN 
settings. You can find the info here.

problem with the download. However, the Browser Hijack Blaster download
still comes up with a "Page cannot be found" error. By uninstalling DAP
shouldn't the malware - if it is specific to DAP - now be rendered impotent?
