That makes no sense. Can anybody guess what the iTunes message was that 
Gerald misunderstood this way?

Sounds like you didn't do what i recommended: right-click and then 
choose (leftclick) "run as administrator".

Why would you want to change your email address? The rest of what you 
say is completely incomprehensible to me. It seems you're confusing 
things again, or at least i'm confused by your tangents.

Didn't you read what the expert said about not upgrading to IE 8 and 
sticking to IE 7?

You continue to confuse me with seemingly unrelated comments. Why are 
you talking about IT policies at work? Does the notebook belong to your 
employer?

You haven't answered most of my questions in previous messages.
