[pchelpers] Re: IE 5 doesn't open properly

Then SFC will have patched up windows for you. Tonia's suggestion to
re-install IE may work now.

If all else fails, the fall back method is to :
1) create a new windows directory with a different name
2) re-install windows in it
3) copy across the desktop items
4) re-install everything else

It may take time, but you end up with a working system that has a good
registry.
