[pchelpers] Re: IE 5 doesn't open properly

Thanks for your reply as well. (See my reply to John too).

I mean that the browser window begins to open and then closes down -
even before my Home Page URL can load. I tried SFC as John suggested but
to no avail.

I'd like to try the SP 2 (whatever that is?) that you suggest but
without my browser how am I going to download anything?

| if there's been changes made to the security area. It
| could be set to high or the Content Advisor has been
| enabled and your default home page might be
| disallowed! You could also check other settings like
| proxy server etc.
