Most seem to show up this way.  If you're having trouble, you might
check the MB manufacturer's site.  If you're not having trouble, safer
to not tempt fate.

For drive letters, go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer
Management -> Storage -> Disk Management.
