Now this is strange. I do not have a Disk Management under " My Computer"
If I go to the "Help and Support" and do a search for " Disk Management" the
info about it comes up and I can click it's link and I can get it running. But
it
is nowhere to be found under the "start menu, control panel, system tools, My
computer"
Pc

Easy, 'Start' - right click on 'My Computer' -- 'Manage' --'Disk
Management' - right click on the volume and choose change drive letter.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
