[pchelpers] Re: How does it work?

COA .....Certificate of Authenticity
Samples of descriptions found on sites.

1 COA License (w/keycode) to install Windows XP Home OS (OEM) - no cd or
manuals -
These COA's are pulled from new systems, guaranteed not registered.(OEM) **DUE
TO
ACTIVATION PROCESS THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE RETURNED ******IMPORTANT NOTE---
MUST BE USED WITH OEM CD MEDIA ***

All products sold are guaranteed to be 100% authentic non-counterfeit.
BuySell101 Inc. is not
responsible for typographic errors. Purchaser acknowledges OEM versions are
intended only
for resale with new PC/Hardware and purchaser assumes all liability for
compliance with end
user restrictions. Purchaser accepts all responsibility for full compliance
with manufacture restrictions.

So I take it I can't buy a few of these and use my retail cd to install a copy
on all my computers.

What a shame.

Seems a bit strange. What exactly is COA? Otherwise it sounds like an
offer to activate a pirated copy.
