.psp and .pspimage are from the popular graphics editing program now
called Corel PaintShopPro.

As this is a huge download (and not free), I recommend a useful little
program called Irfanview (www.irfanview.com) that should be able to open
your file. Be sure to get the "plugins" package that comes with
Irfanview as well that enables you to also open hundreds of more obscure
file image formats as well.
