[pchelpers] How can I open this file?

I received an email with an attachment that I need to open for my income tax
business. This is the file format that followed the name of the file:

.pspimage

I have never seen this format before. Can someone please tell me how to open
this file? Which program opens it? Nothing I have will open that file.

My client has an information slip that I need. I asked him to scan it into
his computer and email it to me. Sounds easy enough to me. The file came
with that name. 

Can someone help me please?
