Ok, you know when your pc locks and you reboot your desktop settings change to 
basically an error message.

Well, If I get the pc to boot up, I can usually get things to work.  ("if" 
being the key word here)

BUT.... if I click the 'restore my desktop' settings, THEN explorer freezes 
after it restores the picture.

Actually I just noticed this, but now that I think about it, it's been doing 
this for a few days now.

This might be a key, huh?  What about it, anyone know what's up with this and 
how I can fix that?
