[pchelpers] Re: Help!

John:

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I'm thinking along the same
lines.
The biggest fear that I have is that I would not get "all" of some of the
programs
that are dear to me. It's my understanding that during installation of
some
programs, Windows scatters files all over the drive, like dll's etc.
Things that
I don't understand.

Since I have a CD burner, my thought was to back up the whole driive to a
set
of CD's. But I ran into a problem there. My burning program, Nero, stated
that
if a file was in use, it probably would not be backed up. So I gave
things a '"test
run", and found that even though I had turned off all my tsr's, that
something
called "fat 32" was in use, and would not be backed up. That sounded
important,
so I quit where I was at!

Still hoping,

Cliff
