[pchelpers] Re: Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Inge,

I would try to install the driver for your new scanner
again. If this does not correct th problem go into
Microsoft's website and search for this exe file. It
appears that you are missing two different files that is
why i suspect your driver for the new scanner. Another
means would be to reinstall your last saved registry and
see if that can bring back the missing file.

I hope these suggestions correct your problem and no you
always contribute to the list by asking questions which
helps all of us to put on our thinking caps and help you
out. Have a nice day and smile up there in Niagara
Falls :)
