[pchelpers] Help!!!!!!!!!!!

I never seem to have anything to contribute to this list except for my
troubles. Well, what are friends there for?

I recently installed a new scanner. My old one did not like Windows XP. Now
WinDoctor gives me the following error message:

"C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access a necessary file,
"gapi32.dll." You may have to reinstall "C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE"

You know how doctors are, nag, nag, nag, nag. It's driving me up the wall.

I must have deleted some file when I uninstalled the old scanner software.
What does that message mean?

The missing file is not on the Windows XP CD ROM. I checked that out. How
can I install the missing file? Where can I find it?

Everything seems to be running well, but I would like to get this nagging
monkey off my back.

Frustrated in Niagara Falls,
Inge Pshebnicki
