[pchelpers] Re: Head banging time

She's baffled. She said, "So, who IS getting me to the Internet?"
I suggested something had maybe changed her home page since it would simply 
give her an error message that the page could not be reached. Well, she 
eliminated that possibility.
I understand her frustration and when someone asks you a question you can't 
even come up with the correct words to answer them. You work on it so little 
and yet get nowhere.
She had to leave work early today to get to class so I did not get to check 
back with her but will tomorrow morning.

So is that IE with a problem home page or no IE at all? Is she raising
sites in a way we are unfamiliar with?
