[pchelpers] Hard Drive Readability

I've now got XP up and running on my computer. I installed a fresh new
hard drive as my primary drive, and my secondary hard drive was taken
from my Windows 2000 computer. Unfortunately Windows is unable to read
any of the contents on the second drive. Not sure why exactly. It's
listed in the device manager but it says it's Unallocated. The drive
was originally formatted in Windows 2000 in the NTFS file system so I
didn't think there'd be any issues installing it in XP. So why can't XP
read the contents of the drive?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
