[pchelpers] HXDL.EXE ugghh!!!

For some reason I am getting a lot of this  I am having a hard time also trying 
to delete this  HXDL.EXE  I have done a search failed to be able to delete it, 
Can someone please give me good  instructions on how to get it off my hard 
drive-- It keeps changing its form I understand if you delete it it will 
reinstall itself crumb de dum  how do I get myself in these messes.   Jackie
