On one page in Word that I had made a while ago I had a text box in it =
and
when I printed it out there was this thick black line down the side. I
deleted the text box and put a new text box with exactly the same =
wording
and the black line disappeared. When I did a few CRTL+Z to restore it =
back
to the original - the black line appeared again.
Unfortunately I don't have a scanner. When the black line appears - it =
is
only on lines with text.=20
The printer is connected via USB.
It seems that it's a property of the page, not a fault with the printer =
as
most documents are printing fine. Just one or 2 have this line on it. =
(It's
about 2mm thick)
Thanks again for the responses,
Scott

This looks as though it is a property of the page itself. Have you tried =
cut and paste into Word or Wordpad to see if it can be adjusted=20
before printing. I gather it is not one of your pages?
