[pchelpers] Re: HP 1020 Laserjet printer

I have found that going to HP Support you can have a live chat on the 
Internet with their technicians. I am certain they can give you some 
idea of what is happening. I have seen similar things on other printers 
but since I have never had a laser jet I will not try to offer 
suggestions. I have found HP support to be very responsive.
