[pchelpers] Re: HELP! Canon Pixma 4200 Printer

Hi Ekhart,

Thanks for the suggestions Ekhart,

USB cable was swapped printer does not work with either cable.
No have not had the time to do the driver thing yet, Re-Na suggested it
Canon Pixma IP4200
Did not record the site but it was not the same printer
Could not find information on the Canon site will look some more
One printer works on both machines and one does not.
Printer is recognized by Word Perfect but comes up with error status
without any indication of what the error is.
Yes rebooted both machines to try it.
