That was an error. The html page is a document which can have images 
displayed in it. It is NOT an image! Please don't convert html to PNG, 
since it will only be viewable as a static image with none of the other 
embedded images.

Gentlemen:
   
  I think the best solution here is finding an arrow at a graphics website that 
was coded in jpg.  I checked both Irfanview transparent boxes  for  the graphic 
file and FTP. The arrow graphic file is too small for the  MS  Paint eraser. 
But it would be better to solve this problem with png. - Gerald
