I highly recommend Mailwasher & second Bobs suggestion.
You can see what is on the server (the computer that you get your mail from)
before it touches your puter.
Delete what you don't want before you use Outlook to download your mail.
Always check your mail just before you download your to your puter to make
sure no spam gets through.
