[pchelpers] Re: Fw: URGENT MICROSOFT SECURITY ANNOUNCEMENT

It should be fine if I read the bulletin correctly. It's a problem for
IIS (Internet Information Server) Windows2000 or NT. There is no mention
of Internet Explorer in the bulletin.
