Wait! I started using Mailwasher yesterday. ( Thanks to whoever mention this
program)
Maybe one of the Spam I told it to bounce back to the sender had my address
as the return. At least I know that the bouncing is working.

Difficult to say. I get several of these every day from junk email
addresses. Since yours is known, then it must be something that happened
at your ISP. They would have received the original message to which this
was the response. Maybe you should ask if they have had problems with
their email system recently.
