I haven't got xp, but in W98 I would go to Start/Settings/Control Panel
and click on Fonts. From there click the Details button. Highight the
one to be deleted and push the Delete key. You will be asked whether you
want to delete these fonts (click yes). It works for me.

Anyone got the xp method?
