I did search through the archives of past pchelpers messages and found one
relating to Windows crashing and it simply was, for them, a matter of not
enough RAM.
But I will print out your message and pass it along to the son-in-law and
probably he WILL wait for his father-in-law to visit and help him out. Whew!
As long as it doesn't have to be ME to figure it all out.
