[pchelpers] Re: Fw: Problem Shutting down

Are there more than one user for this XP? If there are 
then this maybe the problem. If there is only one user 
programmed, then I would recommend that you re-install 
XP and this should solve your problem. When you are hung 
up can you see anything if you press Ctrl-Alt-Del keys 
all at the same time? If you can then make a note of 
what you see still running this also may let you in on 
why it is doing this. I have XP and I love it.
