[pchelpers] Fw: ENLARGE THE TYPE IN YOUR BROWSER

This is getting bad when you respond to your own e-mail. That's equal to
talking to yourself through the computer, isn't it?
At any rate, let it be known that:
1. My screen resolution is set at 800 x 600 for personal preference.
2. I did like being able to have larger print on my computer after having
changed the setting to ignore the font size on the Internet.
3. However, I was not, then, able to find the print button when using my
scanner. I had to go back and change that setting to restore the preset
sizes of that program so I could see everything on the screen as it should
be.
Similar problem to not having your screen resolution set correctly for some
programs.

Subject: [pchelpers] ENLARGE THE TYPE IN YOUR BROWSER

> I appreciated this among the Kim Komando tips, although after having done
as she said, I returned and changed according to my personal preference. But
I was glad to learn how/where to do this on my computer:
> ARE YOU SQUINTING? ENLARGE THE TYPE IN YOUR BROWSER
> the type on some Web pages is too small to read. You have to wonder what
they were thinking. Anyway, you can enlarge it. In Internet Explorer, click
View>Text Size. For Netscape, hit View>Text Zoom.
>
> Sometimes, type cannot be enlarged because of the coding. You can often
get around this in Internet Explorer. Click Tools>Internet
Options>Accessibility. Select the three boxes under Formatting and
> click OK>OK. Now, click View>Text Size.
