I have windows second addition I use out look express I down loaded the newest 
version. Its been nothing but a headache. When I try to open a e-mail it drops 
down to the tast bar and won't open. When I try to click reply it sents back 
the original e-mail before I can answer it. Sometimes it sends as high as 14 
orginals. It clicks like it will let me get the start then it just keeps 
flashing but won't let the start bar rise it also does this when I want to 
access files or get to delete or send. Can anyone help me?
