[pchelpers] Function keys

Since there are questions raised about function keys, it should be
pointed out that these keys are generally programmable. They can be used
to perform pre-defined functions in different applications. Each key
does what the program says it does. Take F5 for example:
In Word, it brings up search and replace.
In Windows Explorer, it appears to refresh the current window.
In Excel it brings up the Go To window.
That's why it is important to know how they work in your most often used
applications- to speed up your work by performing common taks at the
push of one button. To know what they do, please look up the help
system or any online shortcut pages for each application.
