[pchelpers] Free Update CD from MS

Can't remember if I'd sent this before but here it is anyway, just in case I 
didn't :^)

Would be handy to have around just in case you need to reinstall your OS. It 
says at the website it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered, but mine 
arrived within 3 days. Go grab it before MS pulls it out or changes its 
location as it's so fond of doing. Been offered for over a month now.
