[pchelpers] Re: Forwarding animated e-mail

Just wondering: someone took a painting and added the rippling water effect at
the bottom. Is that available with the Hot Bar?

Just wondering Deb.... on the original, did it say at the bottom:
Upgrade Outlook, add color to your emails?
If so, they added the animation using Hot Bar. Hot Bar just put out email
stuff and
it comes with their browser stuff. You can add animation, text, cards, happy
faces,
and more to Outlook Express emails.

So far, the ones I've sent it to have been able to see them. (Even when
using other
email programs.) But I just started using it and I'm not sure if it works on
all
  email programs.

Many special effects and scrolling things in email are designed for Outlook
and
Outlook Express only. When others forward it on and they are using other
programs
<such as Eudora>, it doesn't work. I wish it did.

That probably won't help you any, but I thought I'd share those thoughts.

  Sincerely,

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
